David Earl Bullard

Mr. David Earl Bullard of 6541 Aberdeen Road, Raeford, died Monday, October 11, 2010 in Scotland Memorial Hospital in Laurinburg at the age of 66. Mr. Bullard was born October 12, 1943 to his mother, Sarah Jane Bullard in Robeson County. He is preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Locklear Bullard; and his maternal grandparents, Grocery and Lillian Bullard. He served his country in the Vietnam War. Survivors include a daughter, Janel Bullard Long and husband, Terry of Raeford; his mother, Sarah Jane Pierce of Maxton; a brother, Paul Bullard and wife Lucille of Raeford; two sisters: Lillian Woods Murphy and husband Irwin of Ludowici, GA and Violet Pierce of Maxton, NC; a very special niece, Sherry Jo Collins and husband Jackie of Red Springs; 2 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and many other nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 7:00 until 9:00 p. m., Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at Crumpler Funeral Home, 220 East 4th Avenue, Red Springs, NC 28377. Funeral Services will be 2:00 p. m., Thursday, October 14, 2010 at Macedonia Holiness Methodist Church with Reverend Gene Truman Chavis officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Elim Baptist Church Cemetery.
