George Floyd Boahn

Devoted husband to Frances Boahn and proud father to five children Larry, Steve, Ricky, Pamela, and Janie, died peacefully in his home on Sunday, December 28th surrounded by his family.

A just and honorable man, he was the backbone of his family and a reputable businessman for many years in his community. He built Putt-Putt courses in over 28 states, started his very own concrete business (Boahn & Sons), refurbished tractors, and enjoyed dirt track racing. He will be greatly missed.

Preceded in death by his father, Carl Clarence Boahn, Mother, Hettie Belle Boahn, and granddaughter, Emily Marie Boahn. Survived by his wife, Frances Boahn, his children Larry (Tonia), Steve, Ricky (Tabitha), Pamela (Andy), Janie, and his 11 grandchildren, Samantha, Courtney, Josh, Savana, Amber, Sabrina, Faith, George (Brandalynn), Ricky, Olivia, and Alyssa.

Public memorial service to be held at Parker United Methodist Church on Saturday, January 3rd 2026 at 2pm. Family will be receiving friends & family in the fellowship hall immediately after services.
