Mr. James Victor Carroll, Jr. of Raeford, passed away February 24, 2017 at his home at the age of 52. James was born November 5, 1964 in Bexar County, TX to the late James Victor Carroll and Saundra Middleton Carroll. He attended First Baptist Church in Raeford. He is survived by his sisters, Rachelle Carroll of NE, Malinda Rogers and her husband Brad of Raeford, Belinda Hoelscher of Raeford and several nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held from 1-2 pm Thursday, March 2, 2017 at Cliffdale Christian Center, 6427 Cliffdale Rd. Fayetteville. A memorial service will be held after the visitation at 2pm, officiated by Pastor Joshua Goodman and Rev. Thomas Lee. A committal service will be held 12 pm Monday, March 13, 2017 at the Raeford Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Raeford, 333 North Main Street Raeford or Cliffdale Christian Center 6427 Cliffdale Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28314.
