Mr. Miller was born in Hoke County on October 25, 1946, to the late James Clifford Miller Sr. and Eva Mae Plummer Miller. He retired from the Hoke County School System. He was preceded in death by his sister, Frances Sullivan.
He is survived by two daughters, Angela Miller of Norfolk, VA, and Allison Douglas Billy Hutchison of Raeford, NC, and two grandchildren, Stormy Douglas, and Amber Douglas,
The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until 7:30 pm on Tuesday, August 16, 2022, at Parker United Methodist Church, Fellowship Hall.
