Michael Lee Harrell

Mr. Michael Lee Harrell of 1700 Telluride Ct., died Sunday, January 30, 2011 in FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst at the age of 58. Mr. Harrell was born on August 11, 1952. He is preceded in death by his father, Willie Edgar Harrell, a sister, Linda Reams, a brother, Jimmie Harrell, his former wife, JoAnn Harrell and his daughter, Michelle Lee Harrell. Mr. Harrell served in the US Marines and was the owner and operator of Carolina Concrete Finishing. Survivors include two sons: Michael L. Harrell, II and Shaun Harrell; his mother, Minnie T. Harrell; a brother, Willie E. Harrell, Jr; two sisters: Betty Jackson and Barbara Joann Mewherter, all of Raeford; and 4 grandchildren: Nicholas Shaun Harrell, Jr, Michael L. Harrell, III, Jazlyn Lee Harrell and Sabastian Lee Harrell. The family will receive relatives and friends between the hours of 6:00 and 8:00 P. M., Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at Crumpler Funeral Home, 131 Harris Avenue, Raeford, NC. A Graveside Service will be 11:00 A. M., Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at Raeford Cemetery with Reverend Mark Fisher officiating.
