Mr. Stafford Edward Gibson, Jr of 404 W. Sixth Avenue, died Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at his home at the age of 52. Mr. Gibson was born in Hoke County on December 12, 1958 to the late Stafford Edward Gibson, Sr and Doris Clark Gibson. Mr. Gibson was self-employed with his upholstery business in Raeford. Survivors include a son, Justin Gibson of Tulsa, OK; a daughter, Kristin Gibson of Tulsa, OK; a sister, Ann Gibson Davis and her fianc James of Raeford; four brothers: Danny Gibson and wife Anita Smith Gibson of Raeford, Ronny Gibson of Raeford, Larry Gibson of Lumber Bridge, and Lloyd Gibson of Raeford; and a granddaughter, Penelope Gibson of Tulsa, OK. Visitation will be held 6:00 until 6:30 P. M. Saturday, January 1, 2010 at Crumpler Funeral Home, 131 Harris Avenue, Raeford, NC and at other times at the home, 404 W. Sixth Avenue, Raeford. Memorial Services will be 6:30 P. M., Saturday, January 1, 2010 at Crumpler Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Clyde Hendrix officiating.
