My condolences to the family and friends of Mr Willie.  My experience with Willie Addison was as his employer. Not one day went by that I did not appreciate his hard work, his good nature, and his willingness to do all that was needed. When he came to me asking for a  job, he told me he could and would be a great employee.  And he was.  If I could have been his friend instead of his employer... that would have been a wonderful friendship, I'm sure. Sadly, that can't happen now. It has been my pleasure to know Willie. God Bless everyone who was part of Willie's short life.

This gentleman called and I answered. I became his advocate and later he became my dear friend. Mr. Willie came to me without much and during our journey together, he rented a home, acquired full-time job with Cracker Barrell and lastly purchased land and lastly a new home for himself.   Ms. Joy and Ms. Elizabeth both with Clayton Homes, of Fayetteville, a special thanks to them for helping us through the home process and sending flowers in thoughts of Mr. Willie's passing.  I have and will always give many thanks also to Mr. Russell, who is now retired from Cracker Barrell on Jim Johnson Road, Fayetteville NC. I reached out to Mr. Russell and he didn't know me or Mr. Willie, but he took a chance on him and hired him. He will always too be a part of Mr. Willie's growth and spiritual journey. Mr. Willie Addison was a  fighter and a man of great strength. He was always kind to myself and the sheriff's office staff. I will truly miss us working on tasks/projects together and most of all talking and just seeing him around here at the office. He knew how to put a smile on my face by always calling me his angel and I would always call him my dear friend. I was glad to meet so many people along with him and help be a blessing in his life. Mr. Willie C. Addison knew he was also a blessing in my life too. God's work is done now, Mr. Willie C. Addison "REST IN PEACE" forever.
