Mr. Willie Bullard, of 213 N. Wake Road died Sunday, December 25, 2011 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center at the age of 79. Mr. Bullard was born in Robeson County on March 5, 1932 to the late Jay Jones and Polly Bullard. He was preceded in death by his wife, Trolie Mae Bullard and a brother, Ashley Bullard. He was a member of Mt. Elim Baptist Church. Survivors include his son, Don Woods of Red Springs; three daughters, Michelle Weel and her husband Rob of Rockfish, Teresa Coleman of Laurel Hill, Lois Locklear of Shannon; Three brothers, George Thomas, Jethro Thomas, James Thomas all of North Carolina, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A Visitation will be held 6:00 until 8:00 PM on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at Crumpler Funeral Home, 220 E. Fourth Ave, Red Springs, NC 28377. Funeral Service will 3:00 PM, Thursday, December 29, 2011 at Mt. Elim Baptist Church with the Reverends Chris Webb and Tim Locklear officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
