

Annette Quijas Fowler was born on August 25, 1962 in El Paso, Texas to parents Armando Quijas and Elvira Flores. She graduated from Ysleta High School and began training for nursing. Annette later moved to North Carolina and accepted a position as a Title Clerk at the North Carolina License Plate Agency. Annette had many talents. She was bilingual, and she worked as a customer care professional, notary public, event planner and translator.
Annette Quijas Fowler was a great mother and a loving wife. She married Earle Stanley Fowler in 2006 and combined, the couple had six children. Annette Quijas Fowler was active and deeply involved in serving in her church, Life International, under the leadership of HRM Drolor Bosso Adamtey I and Lady Martha Fletcher, Founders and Senior Pastors. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and making jewelry. Her family and friends will always remember her as a compassionate and loving person who found her joy in serving others.
Annette Quijas Fowler is survived by her husband, Earle Stanley Fowler, of Wake Forest, NC; her son-in-law Herberth Romero, daughter Marina Romero and sons Daniel Rodriguez, and David Rodriguez; her step-children Justin Lamar Fowler, Ryan Michael Fowler and Christopher Lee Fowler; and her step-grandchildren Uriah Mykell Fowler, Aiden Macai Fowler, Iman Eric Michael Fowler, Enzo Lamar Fowler, and Ace Osanna Fowler. She is also survived by her father Armando Aguilar Quijas and step-mother Modesta Quijas; Siblings Leticia Quijas, Margarita Quijas, Yolanda Quijas, Armando Quijas, Rachel Hernandez, Adrian Quijas, Eduardo Quijas, Priscilla Duran; and, goddaughter Vanessa Rae Alonso. She is preceded in death by her spouse Daniel Rodriguez Sr; father-in-law Samuel Rodriguez; and brother-in-law Sergio Rodriguez.
