Barbara E. Bobbitt, age 70, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 18, 2012, at the Hospice Home in Raleigh. She was born April 5, 1942 in Fresno, CA, beloved daughter of Victor and Felisa Cassimus.
She will be lovingly remembered by her son, Ted Parenti and his wife Emily of Chapel Hill, NC; grandson, Austin Parenti and granddaughter Oliva Parenti. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Thomas Alan "Tommy" Bobbitt.
The family will receive friends and family on Friday evening, December 21, 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Mitchell Funeral Home, 7209 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh, NC. Graveside services will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, December 22, at Raleigh Memorial Park, 7501 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh, NC.
