No one today needs to be reminded about who are Betty’s children and step children, so I will dispense with that. Betty was a passionate and caring person who always let you know where she stood. She would defend those she loved and God forbid someone crossed her or someone she loved. I believe that she and her sister are straightening out what they believe is wrong with heaven and I am sure that it will be better for it. She was my soul mate for 40 plus years and I will miss her terribly. (John H. Smith)
