Carolyn Gostin Owens was born April 27, 1950 in Macon GA to Lily Louise Ware Gostin and Edgar Bernard Gostin.
She graduated with a Bachelor in Chemistry from UNCG in 1972 and married Rufus Dalton Owens. Her husband Rufus and her son Timothy Allen Owens predeceased her. She is survived by her siblings Edgar Bernard Gostin Jr and Barbara Gostin Roth; and her brother-in-law Jonathan David Roth.
Memorial services will be held at the Springmoor Chapel at 10:00 am on November 26, 2024; where she had been a resident.
