

Mrs. Jun Ha Yoo of Pittsboro, NC, passed away on Friday, April 3, 2026. She was the fun, loving wife of Gang Nam Yoo, the love of her life, with whom she shared many years of companionship and dedication.
Born on March 12, 1944, Jun Ha was the daughter of the late Chil Suk Cho of Pocheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. She is survived by her husband, Gang Nam Yoo of Pittsboro, NC; her sister, Ae Soon Cho of Paju, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea; her brother, Young Geun Cho of Pocheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea; her nephews: Wang Keun Min of Pittsboro, NC and Yu Keun and his wife, Jiyeon Ha, and his daughter, Grace Min, of Apex, NC.
Jun Ha jointly owned a gas station and a convenience store in Sanford, NC with her husband until her passing. She was very business savvy as the many successful businesses she ran all through her life showed. When Jun Ha was not working running her business, she loved cooking, dancing, gaming, and farming with her husband. She also loved collecting trinkets and ornaments, especially those made in the form of pigs. Jun Ha, being the kind-hearted person she was, gladly shared whatever she could with those less fortunate than her and went out of her way to help them throughout her life.
A service for Jun Ha will be held at Michell Funeral Home, 7209 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612, on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at 11 am. A separate cremation service will be held privately with the family.
