David Lyndall Hine

David was a graduate from NC State University with a degree in Turf Grass Management. He always had a genuine concern and interest in his family and was very proud of their accomplishments. David persevered through many obstacles in his life and had a spirit of caring for others and a willingness to help others. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his children: daughter Kristin Ashley Hine of Catawba, sons David Hine and his wife Stacy of Fredericksburg, VA and son Jon Hine of Raleigh and by their mother Sarah Beth Hine. He will also be missed by his mother Barbara S. Durfee and her husband Joseph of Venice, FL, sister Elizabeth Pullin and her husband Tom, and sister -in -law Judy Hine. David is preceded in death by his father Edward Gray Hine, brother Garry Hine and grandparents Elizabeth Louise and Herbert Ebert Swanson.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday July 21, 2010, Chapel of Mitchell Funeral Home, 7209 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh.
