Survived by wife, Judy Cook; son, Scott Cook; daughters, Jaime Lassiter and her husband, Eddie Lassiter Jr. and Faith Anne Cook; grandchildren, Hayley Cook-Thibeau, Kaitlyn Lassiter, Eddie Lassiter, III and Ruthie Lassiter; mother, Irene Cook; and brother, David Cook.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 28 from 6:00-8:00pm at Mitchell Funeral Home, 7209 Glenwood Ave., Raleigh, NC. A funeral service will take place Wednesday, April 29 at 1:00pm at Mitchell Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Raleigh Memorial Park.
