Elizabeth “Libby” Bachl, formerly of Burlington, NC, passed away on October 14, 2023 at Morningside of Raleigh retirement community in Raleigh, NC. She was 77 years old. She was predeceased by her parents Michael and Caroline “Hannah” Mikula of Collingswood, NJ.
She was a loving mother to four children: Carolyn Bachl Stewart (Kevin) and Andrea Bachl Johnson (Isaac) of Raleigh, NC, Christopher Bachl (Cathy) of Austin, TX, and Kathleen Bachl Starkey (Scott) of Melbourne, FL. She also had eleven grandchildren.
Libby worked as a nurse and a florist. She loved spending time with family and friends, cooking, as well as needlepoint, cross stitch, and crocheting. Libby taught the importance of family, as well as overcoming adversity. We will miss her dearly.
A family service will be held on a later date at Calvary Cemetery & Mausoleum in Cherry Hill, NJ.
