Eric was an engineer at IBM in Research Triangle Park. He was a devoted husband and loving father.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Liao; his son, Timothy Eric Liao and his wife Sherry, of San Francisco, CA; and his daughter, Sharon Brenda Liao, of Brooklyn, NY.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, October 24, 2011, at Mitchell Funeral Home, 7209 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh NC. The family will receive friends and family prior to the service from 1:00 – 2:00pm. Interment will follow at Raleigh Memorial Park.
