Raleigh, NC - Frank J. Walsh, 68, died March 6, 2010. He was born on October 13, 1941 in Queens, NY to Harold and Mary Walsh. Frank served in the US Marine Corps, was a retired NYC Police Officer and a member of the American Legion.
Survivors include his wife, Debra; daughter, Jill Benvin; brothers, Harold Joseph Walsh, Jr. and Thomas Anthony Walsh; and sister, Mary Stack.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Elizabeth Ann Walsh and brother, James Walsh.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at Mitchell Funeral Home, 7209 Glenwood Ave., Raleigh. A service will be held at 7:45 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions to Hospice of Wake County, 250 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC 27607.
