George graduated from Villanova, Drexel University and the University of Pennsylvania. Beginning as a Mechanical Engineer, he retired from Glaxo-SmithKline as a Project Manager. He enjoyed keeping up with the Stock Market, watching political shows, and his mustangs.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years this July, Margaret “Peg” Burns Kevlin; children: George Kevlin III, of CA, Catherine Kevlin, of MD, Marisa Kevlin, of NC and Kaighn Kevlin, of NC; brother: Charles Kevlin, of PA; sisters: Mary Lou Sethi and husband Dino, of NY and Anne Tansey and husband Jack, of FL; and by the Burns Family, his many cousins, other family and friends.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, March 19, 2011 at 3 PM at Mitchell Funeral Home, with Graveside Services to follow at 4 PM at Raleigh Memorial Park.
Memorial Donations may be made to a charity of choice in his memory.
