I worked with John here in Lake County.  He was wonderful to work with, easy going--great with the students.  I am sorry for your loss.  I know how much he enjoyed spending time with his family.

Dear Gerry and family, please accept my belated condolences in the passing of John.  I'm sorry that I didn't know about it before this.  You and I know what it is like to lose your best friend, love of your life, husband, etc. Time supposedly heals all wounds but I've found that it must take a very long time because I am still mourning Barry very much.  RHS classmate of 1967 and email friends since then.

I am truly saddened to hear of Johns passing.   I worked with John at Student Services in Howey in the Hills Florida.  John always wore a big smile and was so thoughtful of others.  My husband Gary and I wish Gerry and her family our deepest condolences.

I am so saddened to hear about John's passing.  I had the pleasure of working with him both at Beverly Shores Elementary in Leesburg and at Student Services. I was so happy when he retired and moved so that he could be closer to his daughter,her husband, and his grandsons.  His face would light up whenever he spoke of them. I was so saddened to see the 12/22 Lake Sentinel, I worked with Dr. John at Leesburg High School as an ESE Consultation teacher for 3 years.  He was so kind and special of a colleague and person. He will be missed by many here in Lake Co. and all the people he met.

I am sorry to hear about the loss of Mr. Rochowicz.  I met him at an early age when I would visit to play with John.  Mr. Rochowicz was always a nice man and funny to talk too.  My thoughts and prayers are with you, John and Amy.

Gerri...I am so sorry to learn of John's passing. John was a wonderful friend and colleague both in Methacton and into retirement. His work as a school district psychologist was professional and supportive to the student,family and staff. John was a good listener. John's skills with computer technology, his companionship on the golf course and train shows, and general "buddyship" into retirement was appreciated and will be greatly missed.

Gerri & Family - I was very saddened to hear of John's passing and wish to send to all our deepest sympathy and love during this most difficult of times. I worked with John's wife Gerry for many year in Reading, PA. I knew John from the holiday parties. He was a congenial and fun-loving person. My sympathies are with Gerry and his children.

As a kindergarten teacher, I had the pleasure of working with "Dr. John" at Beverly Shores Elementary School in Leesburg, FL.  He was the only psychologist that we ever had that came to the teachers to ask our opinion about students and to actually come in and observe the students in the classroom situation. Not only did he care about the student who was being evaluated, he cared about all of the other children in the classroom as well. He was amazing to work with and it was always apparent that he was a good man in every sense of the word. I am very grateful for having known him and I am very sad that I will not have the honor of working with him again.  Your family is in my thoughts and prayers during this most difficult time.

I'm sorry to hear about Johns passing.  John and I worked in the same office as school psychologist for four years. We were office mates for that period of time. We had a lot in common. Both of us served in the military during the Vietnam war. After the military, both went on to become school psychologist.  When John became a member of our staff,  he was someone everybody liked.  You could always count on John.  After he retired, and went to North Carolina, I kept in touch with him via e-mail. He loved his family, and his grandchildren.  We will miss him.

I am so saddened by John's passing.  I was just thinking of him and how much he must be enjoying his grandchildren this holiday season.  My deepest sympathies to all of  his family.  John was always a happy and welcoming friend.

I worked at Methacton School District in PA with John. He was a true good guy. He was never far from my thoughts and will continue to be as we shared many laughs.  May his family and friends take peace...

I was so sad to hear of John's passing. I typed many observations for him when he worked at Methacton and truly enjoyed his smile and great warmth. John, you will be missed.
