Lynne Newnham West, 83, of Pittsboro, NC, passed away Saturday, March 8, 2014. She was born on August 10, 1930 to Leonard and Lillian Newnham.
Lynne was a wonderful woman who loved and cared for so many. She was an educator for more than 40 years and taught at both Durham Technical Institute and Hardbarger Business College in Raleigh.
Lynne is survived by her son, Barry West of Raleigh, NC; granddaughter, Alexandra West; and grandson, Aaron West.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at 11:00 am at Raleigh Memorial Park, 7501 Glenwood Ave., Raleigh, NC.
