Mary "Mary Lib" Allsbrook Partrick

She graduated from New Hanover High School in 1948. She attended St. Mary’s School in Raleigh and Converse College in Spartanburg, SC.

Mary Lib was preceded in death by her husband of 73 years, Cornelius Theodore Partrick, Sr. and her son, Warren Allsbrook Partick. She is survived by her son, Cornelius Theodore Partrick, Jr. (wife, Catherine Stuart Partrick), and her daughter, Martha Elizabeth Partrick (partner, Patrick Joseph Campbell). Mary Lib’s grandchildren are Cornelius Theodore Partrick III (wife, Amy Lauren Yatsuk Partrick) and great- grandson Theodore Alexander “Teddy” Partrick and Cynthia Partrick Trebour (husband, Kyle Mallett Trebour, and great-granddaughter, Margot Stuart Trebour). She is also survived by her brother Ogden Olmstead Allsbrook, Jr. And partner Larry Walter King.

Apart from her family, Mary Lib enjoyed music of all types; the more “soaring”, the better!

The family would like to express deep gratitude to the staff and healthcare professionals at the Cypress of Raleigh-Rosewood Health Center-for their expertise, compassion and love shown to Mary Lib.

A service will be held at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Washington, NC (101 N. Bonner Street) on April 23, 2026 at 3:00 PM. A reception will follow in All Saints’ Hall.
