Wayne was born September 22, 1946, in Newport News, VA to the late Jasper and Eula Fulford.
He was an entrepreneur and owned many small businesses throughout his life, but his greatest joy came from his family, especially his grandkids. He was an avid gardener and spent lots of time outside, with his wife, tending to their vegetable garden along with their many beautiful ornamental trees, bushes, and flowers.
In addition to his wife of 31 years, Mr. Fulford is survived by his daughter, Charissa Fulford, his stepdaughters, Glenna Bohlen and her husband Eric, and Stephanie Kordick and her husband, Will Service, all of Raleigh, NC. Wayne is also survived by his beloved grandkids, Cam, Reese, and Asher. Reese and Asher love and miss their Pepa very much and will always cherish the memories they made together.
