Soraya "Vicky" Paktiawal, age 54, of Raleigh, North Carolina passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2024. Vicky was born on February 8, 1970 in Afghanistan to the late Akhtar M. and the late Zaro Paktiawal. She was a wonderful Daughter, Sister, Aunt and Friend. She is survived by one brother, Ahmad Farid; and four sisters, Noorya, Noorsama, Qamer Sultan and Hussina.
A Funeral was held on Sunday March 10, 2024 in the chapel at Mitchell Funeral Home, 7209 Glenwood Ave. Raleigh, NC 27612.
