Dearest Anil, Vinod and Family,
I am so deeply saddened by the loss of your Dad! He was one of the nicest, kindest Uncles I knew growing up. He and your Mom hosted me several times in your home when I had nothing to do during school summers in Louisiana. Although I was a little kid, a cousin’s daughter,  visiting for a few days, your parents became my parents during that time. They were so generous and fun to be around. Your Dad taught me a lot about the history of NY and NJ, as well as about all our various relatives who lived in the area. I appreciated that they never complained when I listened to Wham albums too loudly in my room (unlike my own parents)! When my Dad became ill the past 2 years, and eventually passed, your Dad was in contact with him regularly.  My Dad loved hearing from your Dad, and that made me so happy that despite their health the two of them were always in communication with each other. When I saw your Dad after so many years at Lizyamamma’s funeral I was so impressed to see how finely he had aged. He was so spritely, always smiling. His smile and kind words always felt like open arms welcoming the weary. I will miss your Dad deeply, like I miss your Mom. For a few weeks every summer they were my parents too. Your loss is not alone, we are all here with you, feeling your pain with you. You were lucky to be gifted with such a sterling example of a father, and I know his great legacy will live on in you both. So, in that way, Uncle will always be among us. God Bless You All.

This is a new family migrated from Chicago  & now settled in Chapel Hill  .  We are introduced  as a family  by  Mathewkuttychayan from wake forest .  G Mon ( Verghese  Chacko) & Family in Chapel Hill N C. hereby wish to share at this time our deep condolences to  this great man of God who it seems was humble  loving  helping towards the community  and above all a unique believer of the Mar Thoma Church. May  our good  Lord  grant  comfort & relief  at this sorrowful time to the family & relatives . Thankyou.

Not on a joyful occasion, but to say goodbye to someone who has been such a part of our lives, especially in the early days of our church formation.
We all know that every living being must one day leave this world, but what stays with us are the memories — and those memories often linger, reminding us of moments shared, words exchanged, and the quiet presence of someone who mattered.

Uncle and Baby Aunty were always people you could connect with so easily. There was a warmth in their presence. I still remember how I used to have long conversations with uncle, even just a couple of days before things suddenly changed. He was always patient, thoughtful, and had that gentle way of listening and responding.

I sincerely miss him — as I know many of us do. And I pray that his soul rest in peace.

He's a man, I know since 1998.  What a man of character and integrity.    He was a father figure for me (7 years younger to my dad), a mentor, a fun loving person.  Such a loving, kind and caring person too.  Love music so much.  Have exchanged so many music album with him, and he enjoys.  Share the Word with him, encouraged him.  Every phone call, he spoke about his two boys, and families, and grand children.  Will miss him.

Appachen was a remarkable person, and his memory will live on in all the lives he touched. I hope you find comfort in the love and support surrounding you, and in the strength that comes from those who care deeply for you.
