

He was born September 23, 1957, in Cleveland, Ohio, to parents Robert and Betty (Brown) Samodell. Clark grew up in Shalersville and graduated from Crestwood High School/Maplewood Career Center. He was an active member of Cuyahoga Falls Church of the Nazarene.
Clark was a man with common sense, good instincts, and a jack-of-all-trades. He enjoyed riding his Harley and gardening. His main passion was classic cars. He was the owner of American Muscle Restoration and truly enjoyed restoring classic cars and attending car shows.
Clark is survived by his beloved wife Deborah Samodell, who he married on May 15, 1982. He is also survived by his children: Eric (Amy Rider) Samodell and Luke Samodell, his siblings: Theresa Kenney, Jim (Kathy) Samodell, and David (Lisa) Samodell, as well as his nephew Isaac. He was preceded in death by his parents.
His wishes for cremation are being honored. A memorial service will begin at 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 29, 2025, with a time of fellowship and meal to follow until 4:00 pm at Cuyahoga Falls Church of the Nazarene, 330 E Bath Rd, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223.
