She was born September 11, 1955, in Fort Sill, Oklahoma, a daughter of Richard William and Freda Victoria (Epperly) Buckland. Deborah was an insurance agent with Nationwide for several years. Debbie was a devoted wife and loving mother, who cherished her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her.
She is survived by her husband Ronald Gardner, her daughters Christina (Alan) Sullivan of Cool Ridge, West Virginia and Michelle (Timmy Beverly) Dove of Flat Top, West Virginia, as well as her four loving grandchildren.
