He was born June 16, 1925, in the Mescalero Apache Indian Reservation in New Mexico, and was a truck driver for 46 years at Roadway Express.
Survivors include his wife Sandra Jo Healy; his children: Christine (Murry) Donegan of Dickson, TN, Tammy Copen of Randolph, Kim (Billy) Shehorn of Ravenna, Sandy (Orin) Rorabeck of Ravenna, Shane (Holley) Healy of Rootstown; also survived by 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his daughter Brenda Dalton.
Friends will be received Monday, March 1, 2010, from 12:00 PM until the 1:00 PM funeral service at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna. Interment will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery.
