Eleanor was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a faithful member of First Baptist Church in Streetsboro. In her younger years, Eleanor enjoyed bowling and tending to her flowers. She truly loved attending all of her grandchildren’s sporting events.
Eleanor is survived by her daughters: Sandy Vaughn, Linda Grant, Robin Nutter, and Debbie Mendiola, her 10 grandsons, her 2 granddaughters, her 24 great-grandchildren, and her 16 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years Carl D. Bonnette, her daughter Judy Scheall, and her grandson Craig Scheall.
Friends and family will be received Thursday, October 23, 2025, from 4:00 – 6:00 PM at Bethel Baptist Church in Ravenna, with funeral services officiated by her grandson Pastor Bob Scheall at 6:00 PM. A time of fellowship will follow. Private burial will take place in Evergreen Cemetery on Friday at 11:00 AM.
