Jennifer Lynn Robinson

She was born May 15, 1950, in Widen, West Virginia, to parents Bill and Thelma (Ramsey) Groves. Jennifer graduated from Waterloo High School in 1969. She worked for Oak Rubber Company for many years and retired from Black Hawk Enterprise in Salem.

Jennifer was a devoted Born-Again Christian. Her faith was always paramount in her life, as a daughter of the Deacon of Yale Baptist Church. She loved attending family gatherings and was often the first to arrive, and the last to leave. Jennifer was also an avid NASCAR fan. She worked the lemonade stand at Canton Motor Speedway for decades.

Jennifer is survived by her daughter Erika Beth Walsh, her grandchildren: Valentina Walsh, Kayla-Marie Walsh, Padraig-Luka Walsh, Brigid-Noel Walsh, and Vriil-Nikita Walsh, her sister Andra (Jack) Robinson, along with generations of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her infant sisters: Jenny Sue and Ora Florence.

Friends and family will be received Thursday, January 9, 2025, from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home in Ravenna, where funeral services will be officiated by Reverend Charlie Stacey on Friday at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Atwater Cemetery.
