June E Feldt

June was born in Charlestown, Ohio at the Ravenna Arsenal on December 27, 1937. She graduated from Kent State University and went on to teach science in the Ravenna School System. She left teaching to begin a new career in tool & die for Chrysler Corp. in Twinsburg, retiring after a long career.

June was a Life Member of the Ravenna VFW and active in the Ladies Auxiliary. She was also a member of the American Society for Clinical Pathology and American Mensa in North America. June loved reading, taking care of her home, raising horses and fishing in her pond behind her home.

June is survived by her husband of 30 years, James Feldt, her children Leo Basel, Robert (Jenni) Basel, George Basel and her step-son William Feldt. Also surviving are many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, two brothers and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her step-son Gene Feldt.

Per her wishes, cremation is being honored and no services are planned.
