Lisa Marie Hawkins

Lisa was born in Ravenna, Ohio on October 8, 1971, to parents David J. and Elizabeth M. (Meadows) Pahls. She attended Immaculate Conception School and Ravenna High School. Lisa loved her career in Home Health Care and was dedicated to her work for the V.A. She was loved by everyone she cared for and was referred as the most wonderful caregiver. She loved taking care of her parents, especially her dad after he was diagnosed and beat cancer.

Lisa was a faith driven woman and had a love for animals. Didn’t matter what kind…. cows, chickens, ducks, roosters etc. She loved crafts and enjoyed decorating her house for the seasons. Lisa participated in tractor pulls in Portage County and loved attending the Randolph Fair. She had a great sense of humor but most of all she loved her daughters and always bragged about them.

Lisa is survived by her fiancé Mike Biltz, her parents and her daughters Breanna Hawkins, Brooke Hawkins, Britney Hawkins and her brother David (Jen Chabra) Pahls.

Visitation and Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna, from 10:30am until 12pm. Memorial Service, officiated by Chaplain William Wisniewski, will begin at 12pm. Inurnment at St. Mary’s Cemetery will be held at a later date.
