She was born July 7, 1918, in South Webster, Ohio, daughter of the late Henry C. and Stella Mae (Hollback) Dillon. Mildred was a member of the Deerfield United Methodist Church and the Order of Eastern Star Palmy Chapter. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, a dedicated homemaker. Mildred enjoyed her flowers, decorating, and listening to music.
She is survived by her daughter Sherry (Doug) Lawrence of Edinburg. Mildred was preceded in death by her husband Frank Stoffer Elliott, and her brothers George and Robert Dillon.
