

She was born October 31, 1931, in Charlestown, Ohio, to parents Charles L. and Marietta (Ferris) Boles. Pauline was an honest and straightforward woman. She was devoted to her family and enjoyed helping her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Pauline is survived by her husband of 55 years John Clark. She is also survived by her children: Rex Stephens of New Philadelphia, Robert Stephens of Ravenna, Yvonne Poling of Mantua, and Tammy (David) Adkins of Ravenna, as well as her son-in-law Gary Menteer of Mantua, her daughter-in-law Beverly Stephens of Georgia, her brother Donald (Edith) Boles of Randolph, her sister-in-law Alma Boles of Charlestown, and her brother-in-law Earl Stonestreet of Rootstown.
Pauline’s memory will also be cherished by her grandchildren: Michael (Jen Novy) Menteer, Danielle (Tony Attenson) Menteer, Garrett Menteer, Josh Stephens, Jonathan Stephens, Kami Smith, Kara Stephens, Christal (Kevin) Heiney, Ashley (Thomas) Gibson, Eric Stuart, Jimmy Poling, Rick (Kristina) Poling III, Amber Personett, Robin (Jerrod) Meadows, Angie Mayton, Keith Stephens, Julia Adkins, Travis Adkins, Matthew Adkins, and Stephen Adkins, along with her great-grandchildren: Jessica Menteer, Andrew Menteer, Timothy Jones, Violet Howard-Menteer, Logan Menteer, Lily Menteer, Kailey Cooper, Maleigha Cooper, Alana Smith, Lily Smith, Breyann Stephens, Nicholas Meager, Brook Habeger, Kelsey Habeger, Cole Poling, Lyla Poling, Kate Poling, Jonathan Noeske, Aaron Noeske, Lauren Meadows, Michael Meadows, Alexander Mayton, Daniel Mayton, and Tommy Joe Adkins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her children: Marsha Kay Menteer, Ronald Wayne Stephens, and Keith Douglas Stephens, as well as her siblings: Iva (Brooks) Greathouse, Brida Wilson, Helen (Thomas) Jenkins, Charles Boles, Luella (Hack) Hostetler, Mary Etta (Dale) Gray, Harold (Helen) Boles, Aletha Stonestreet, and James (Vivian) Boles.
Friends will be received Wednesday, August 12, 2015, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna, where funeral services will be officiated by Chaplain Bill Wisniewski on Thursday at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery.
