Phyllis was born in Urichsville, Ohio to parents Charles A. and Mary Jones on January 1, 1929. She enjoyed being a homemaker and taking care of her husband. Phyllis loved being outdoors and working in her yard spending many hours mowing her grass and tending to her property. She loved animals and enjoyed the companionship of her cat “Bailey”.
Phyllis is survived by her two nieces; Carol Staley and Cinthia (Sam) Seward.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Clifton “Bud” Finney and her three brothers and one sister.
Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna at 5:00 P.M. with Pastor David Ballert officiating. Final resting place will be Palmyra West Cemetery.
