Blanche Mae Lacker

Blanche Mae (née Ryan), beloved wife of the late Joseph F. Lacker. Loving mother of Shirley Nash. Cherished grandmother of Joe (Jill) and Jeff (Jackie) Nash. Very proud great-grandmother of Jack, Ben, and Luke Nash. Dear aunt of Kathy Ryan, Jan Badgett, Trish Reis, Tim, Tom, and Terry Ryan and the late Jim Ryan. Preceded in death by 4 brothers Robert, Clyde, Jess "Mouse", and Walter Ryan and 4 sisters Elizabeth Ryan, Martha Newell, Ruth Kennedy, and Virginia Ryan. Blanche passed away Sunday, October 1, 2017 at age 96. She enjoyed playing cards with her senior friends and attending her grandsons and great-grandsons athletic contests. Blanche was a lifelong member of Reading-Lockland Presbyterian Church. Graduate of Lockland High School. She was secretary to Principals and Superintendents at Reading Community Schools for 31 years. Visitation 10:00 A.M. – 11:45 A.M., Thursday, October 5, 2017 at Schmidt-Dhonau-Kucner Funeral Home, 8633 Reading Rd., Reading, OH 45215. Funeral Service 12:00 Noon at the funeral home officiated by Dr. Robert Anderson. Burial Reading Cemetery.
