Anna Virginia Sokol

She often played the organ to the delight of her friends at the Worthington. She was born in 1928 in Reading, Pa., where she lived most of her life. She was married to her loving husband, Joseph Sokol, for many years until his passing in 2015.

Anna is survived by her son, Andy Subisak, who lives in Salt Lake City; her grandson, Jason Subisak, who lives in Loma Linda, Calif.; her son, Greg Subisak, and daughter-in-law, Jeannine Subisak, who live in Gahanna, Ohio; her grandson, Daniel Subisak, grand-daughter-in-law, Angel, two great-grandchildren, Abby and Benji, who live in Upper Arlington, Ohio; and granddaughter, Tracy Subisak, who lives in Portland, Ore; Her two closest nieces, Jeannie and Darlene, live in Reading, Pa.

Memorial gifts can be made to the American Heart Association. Theo C. Auman Funeral Home, Reading, Pa., is entrusted with her arrangements. Services and burial are private at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
