She was born in Reading on July 14, 1951 a daughter of the late Carl and Bernice M. (Mathews) D'Agostino.
Surviving are her 2 daughters; Ivette Phillips and Lori Ann D'Agostino, sisters, Margaret Hole, Rosemary D'Agostino, and Maureen D'Agostino. 6 grandchildren; Grace Deter, Twins- Hope Deter and Faith Deter, Jonathan Deter, Jeremiah Deter and Nevaeh Kreider.
Bernice was predeceased by her siblings; Carl D'Agostino, Vincent D'Agostino, Carol Ann D'Agostino and Donna D'Agostino.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
