Debra's spirit will be carried on by her beloved husband of 50 years, Robert E. Fulk; her daughter, Carolyn D. Fulk and her significant other, Tyrone Carr; and her 4 siblings: Barbara Bonawitz, James Valentine Jr., Ronald Valentine and Donald Valentine.
