Deryl Eugene Rothermel

Deryl Eugene Rothermel, age 38, of Blandon, Pennsylvania passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 2, 2023. Born in Reading, PA on July 23, 1985, he was the son of Corinne (Allen) Reid and Terry Rothermel.

For over 10 years, Deryl worked as a Machine Operator at Cambridge-Lee Industries. Deryl enjoyed playing video games, particularly Fortnite. He also enjoyed watching movies, with comedies naturally being his favorite genre. Other hobbies include fishing, going to the gym, and lifting weights.

Deryl possessed a great sense of humor, had a kind and caring spirit, and was a social butterfly. Deryl's family describes him as a genuinely good hearted person, loving uncle and a wonderful son to his mom Corinne. He will be missed immensely by his family and friends.

His spirit will be carried on by his mother Corinne Reid; father Terry Rothermel; brothers Shane Reed and Dustin Rothermel; sisters Arielle Lilley and Danna Rothermel. As well as his nephew Gavin Klemm; nieces Savannah Lilley, Audrina Johnson, Ellie Klemm and Serenity Fry.

Memorial services will be private at the request of the family.
