Jean Ethel (Mosser) Gaspari, 94, of Wernersville, PA entered eternal rest on Saturday, June 8, 2024. Born in Reading, PA on January 10,1930, she was a daughter to the late Edgar and Helen (Guinther) Mosser. In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her son Terry Bowen.
Jean devoted her early years to raising her children as a stay-at-home mom. Balancing her duties as a mother, she pursued her education in massage therapy while working as a chiropractic assistant. Jean's commitment to holistic healing led her to a fulfilling career at Bell Tower, where she worked as a massage therapist for over a decade. Well into her 80s, she continued to share her gift of healing, helping her patients feel better through her skilled touch. Her approach to holistic wellness was not just a profession but a passion, and her dedication to her patients was evident in every session.
Jean's lifelong affection for animals was a defining aspect of her character. She welcomed numerous pets into her home over the years, providing them with love, care, and companionship. Her genuine affection for animals was matched only by her love for family gatherings. Picnics and holiday celebrations were treasured times for Jean, who found great joy in the company of her loved ones.
Jean's honesty was a defining characteristic, often described as being "honest to a fault." She never hesitated to speak her mind, even if it wasn't what you wanted to hear. Her sincerity was a rare quality, one that left a lasting impact on everyone she encountered. Jean approached life with a radiant and caring spirit, always signing her letters and notes with her trademark phrase, "Love and Light". This simple expression encapsulated the essence of her being and the way she lived her life.
Jean will be sorely missed by all blessed enough to have known her. Rest in eternal peace, dear Jean.
Jean's spirit will be carried on by her 4 adult children Sandra Ruppert and her husband Barry, Steven Gaspari and his wife Christine, Lisa Heck and her husband Steven, and Kris Johnson and his wife Janine. She also leaves behind 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren to cherish her memory.
In accordance with her wishes, services will be private and at the discretion of her family.
As she would say in her own words, signing off for the last time: "Love and Light, Jean"
