June Fay Harter

June worked at RM Palmer for 28 years, until her retirement. She was the oldest member of the Shillington Church of Christ & the proud matriarch of her family.

June's spirit will be carried on by her 6 adult children Susan Eshelman, Kathleen Sprecher, Deborah Witman & her husband Dale, Rose Mary Mathias, Rebecca Priga & her husband Steve, & Bradley Harter & his companion Tammy Lopez; 13 grandchildren Amysue, Faith, Dawn, Abby, Stacey, Deanna, Diane, Ernie, Wendy, Ben, Sarah, Ashley & Britney. She also leaves behind 20 great grandchildren & 1 great great grandchild (expected this spring) to cherish her memory. In addition to her parents, June was preceded in death by her husband Daniel R. Harter, brother Jacque Lape & grandson Derek Witman.

The family will receive relatives & friends on Monday, January 30, 2023 from 10 to 11 AM at Auman's Inc., 390 W. Neversink Rd., Reading, PA 19606. Prayer service will promptly commence in the funeral home at 11 AM. Graveside committal will immediately follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
