She mattered most to her husband, Steve Kelchner, who filled her life with extraordinary love. She mattered to her parents, Pete and Maddy DiBlasi, who, without fail, embraced her with love every single day. She mattered to Gail DiBlasi, to her sisters, Missy and Jessie, and to her brothers-in-law, Mick Jaromnak and Ed Myers. She mattered to her nieces and nephews—Michael, Alex, Nico, Anthony, Gia, and Levi—who were lucky enough to be loved by her.
Kate mattered to every single person she welcomed into her life, and what mattered most to her was her
family—the people she protected with all her heart.
The beach mattered to her—the peace of the waves, the warmth of the sun, the softness of the sand. And
even now, her energy moves with the tides, her spirit continues in the breeze, and her love remains as
constant as the ocean she adored.
Her presence in this world will ALWAYS matter.
