Magaly Bonilla-Rohena, 51, of Reading, PA passed away on Monday, February 27, 2023, at Reading Hospital - Tower Health. Born on February 07,1972 in Fajardo,Puerto Rico she was a daughter to the late Salvador Bonilla and Julia Rohena.
For 6 years, Magaly worked as a line worker at Sweet Streets.
Magaly enjoyed going shopping, dancing and watching her novelas. She will be fondly remembered for her supportive and caring nature, not holding back her opinion and had a gift for telling it like it is. She was always honest, even if it was not what you wanted to hear. Magaly was genuine to a fault, was always the life of the party, a lion at heart, but she sugarcoated nothing. She will be missed by all blessed enough to have known her.
Magaly's spirit will be carried on by her daughter Jessenia Marie Cruz; her 2 sons Pablo Guerra Jr. and Jonathan Jose Molina; her brother Jose Luis Rohena and her 3 sisters Julia Morales, Ileana Martinez and Bethzaida Molina. She also leaves behind 12 grandchildren; nephew William Raspardo; 2 nieces Yajaira and Neydia Raspardo to cherish her memory.
A viewing for Magaly will be held Tuesday, March 7, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Theo C. Auman Inc., 247 Penn St., Reading, PA 19601. Burial at Laureldale Cemetery, 4631 Pottsville Pike, Reading, PA 19605, will immediately follow.
