Mary Ann Brock

Mary Ann Brock, 83, Reading, passed away in her home at Country Meadows on Monday, February 2, 2015. Mary was born on January 4, 1932 in Reading, a daughter of the late John F. and Helen B. (Stajkowski) Brock. She was a Reading High School graduate.

Mary was employed with Maiers Bakery for several years as a baker before retiring at 65 years of age in 1994. She was a devout member of St. Stephen's Polish National Catholic Church, where she was a member of the ANS, adoration society.

Surviving Mary are nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by a brother, John F. Brock Jr., and a sister, Helen J. Borawski.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at 11:15 a.m. in St. Stephen's Polish National Catholic Church, 20 St. Stephen's Church Lane, New Holland Rd., Reading, PA 19607 with her pastor, the Very Rev. Edward D. Ratajack as celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Stephen's Memorial Cemetery. Family and friends will be received at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning in Theo C. Auman Funeral Home, 247 Penn St., Reading, PA 19601. The wake service will be in the funeral home on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m.
