Michael Irvin Jones, age 65, of Reading, entered eternal rest on Thursday, April 9, 2020, in Reading Hospital - Tower Health. Michael was born December 25, 1954 in Reading, to the late Thelma L. Bertolet and Rodney Arthur Jones.
Michael worked for Reading Street Department for 14 years.He was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan, and was the true definition of "Social Butterfly", he always knew someone everywhere he went. Michael also loved spending time with his Dog Romeo and his 2 Turtles.
Michael's spirit will be carried on by; daughter Honey Lynn Jones, of New Tripoli; three brothers David L. Jones, of Reading, Mark A. Jones, of Shillington, Keith S. Jones, of West Reading; and three sisters Cynthia R. Herflicker, of Reading, Deborah J. Swartzwelder, of Sierra Vista, AZ and Kimberly S. Jones, of Lancaster, PA. Michael also leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews to cherish his memory.
