Michael Lawrence Ziegler, 83, of Mohnton, Pennsylvania passed away on Friday, November 29, 2024 in The Reading Hospital. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years of marriage, Sandra A. (Graul) Ziegler.
Mike was born in Robeson Township on October 8, 1941 a son of the late Charles O. and Cecelia (Cylcewski) Ziegler.
Mike was the owner and operator of his stone masonry business where he was known for his precise work. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, woodworking and anything to do with the outdoors. He was an Army veteran serving his country during the Vietnam War. Mike loved to spend his time gardening, especially any odd or unique seedlings. Mike was a great inventor who could come up with anything that he or his family would need. He and his wife Sandy treasured hosting Christmas and other gatherings at their house and adored his family time together.
Michael is also survived by his 2 sisters; Barbara and her husband Lynn Weiler and Dolores and her husband Howard Hart and 9 nieces and nephews.
Michael was predeceased by his 2 brothers; Theodore Ziegler and Carl Ziegler.
A viewing for Michael will be held Friday, December 6, 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Auman's Inc, 390 W. Neversink Rd, Reading, PA. 19606, followed by A Funeral Service at 10:30 AM.
