Noah Amare Montero, age 4, of Reading, PA gained his angel wings on Friday, October 14, 2022. Born in West Reading, PA on July 26, 2018, he was the beloved son of his mother and caregiver Rhina Montero.
Noah loved whimsical lights, listening to music, watching Shrek on repeat, receiving kisses and dancing Bachata with his grandmother, Reina. He also enjoyed going to Chuckie Cheese, the taste of candy, animals, swimming and going to school.
Noah could not do all the things a regular child could do because of his ailments, yet he was the heartbeat of his loving family. They cared for Noah throughout his life and in return, they received his ever-enduring love. Even with all of the adversity he faced, Noah had a smile that would light up a room and a positive energy that brightened the darkest days. His beautiful smile and the sound of his laugh was the most treasured gift of all. He taught everyone in his life patience, humility, strength and unconditional love. His smile was too bright for this world, so heaven had to call him home early. Noah's memory and the love and joy he brought everyone blessed enough to have known, will live on forever.
In addition to his mother Rhina, Noah's spirit will be carried on by his grandmother Reina Cepeda; his grandfather Rafael Montero; his 5 aunts Wanda Bautista, Kismeé Cepeda, Tiffany Cepeda, Reina Lucia Cepeda, Agiga Cepeda; 3 uncles Eddie Cepeda, Chino Cepeda, Gilbert Cepeda; his 10 cousins Johel Martinez, Jade Escobar-Cepeda, Jovani Martinez, Johanna Martinez, Julius Stinette, Isaiah Ruiz, Elias Stinette, Lisaida Ruiz, Joylani Martinez, and Johanny Cepeda. He also leaves behind his 3 nurses Lisa Poper, Esmeralda Diaz, Sharon Hunter, his godmother Mariam Matias, his godfather Adan De La Rosa; his father Vladimir De La Rosa and the De La Rosa family.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the staff of Theo C. Auman Funeral Homes, Reading. Services will be private and at the discretion of Noah's family.
