Sandra Louise Billman

Sandra Louise (Kline) Billman, of Forest Hill, MD, formerly of Exeter Twp., passed away peacefully at her home with her family by her side two days after her 72nd birthday on Saturday, May 28, 2016. She was the loving mother of Terry L. Kline.

Born in Reading on May 26, 1944, Sandra was a daughter of the late Elmer and Rita (Giles) Kline. She was a Reading High School graduate and a Reading Muhlenberg Career and Technology school graduate with an LPN degree.

She was employed for over ten years with Berks Heim Nursing and Rehabilitation and then Norristown State Hospital as an LPN. While there, she became an independent LPN and worked at several nursing homes and hospitals, including the VA.

Sandra enjoyed crocheting and reading Patterson novels. She loved meeting up with retirees from Berks Heim to have breakfast and catch up.

Surviving is her son, Terry L. Kline and his partner, Troy M. Kirk of Forest Hill, MD; a brother, Elmer N. Kline, Jr. of Reading and two nephews, Ronald Kline and his wife, Beth of Reading and Ryan Kline of Newport, PA.

Sandra is predeceased by a nephew, Randy Kline.

A Celebration of Life for Sandra will be at 10:30am on Saturday, June 4, 2016 in Auman’s Inc. Funeral Home, 390 W. Neversink Rd., Reading, PA 19606. Family and friends will be received in the funeral home on Saturday from 9 to 10:30am. Sandra will be laid to rest in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Reading.
