Sandrus Ann Haney, 76, of Reading, Pennsylvania went home to meet her Lord and Saviour on Sunday, March 6, 2022. She is survived by her loving husband of 26 years of marriage, Deacon Edward Haney, Jr. Sandrus was born in Reading on March 6, 1946 a daughter of the late Sanders and Louise (Bailey) Tisdale.
She was a devoted and faithful member of Union Baptist Church where she served as a Deaconess and President of Ushers. Sandrus was last employed by Sacred Heart Villa retiring there. She enjoyed watching MeTV, especially her favorite shows; Andy Griffith, Gomer Pyle and Green Acres. She would often start her mornings with Alice, Mike and Karen on Good Morning Philadelphia. Sandrus was a dedicated woman who loved her family.
Also surviving is her son, Curtis Tisdale, brothers; Fred Tisdale and James Tisdale, sister, Loretta Bailey, numerous grandchildren and a host of close family friends and relatives. Sandrus was predeceased by her 2 sons; Warren Tisdale and Terrance Tisdale, Sr., brothers; Irvin Tisdale and Tyrone Kelly, and sister Donzetta Cooper.
A Celebration of Life Service will be Wednesday March 16, 2022 at 1pm in Theo. C. Auman Funeral Home, 247 Penn St., Reading PA. 19601
